RWCMD In Residence-Summer Term, 2021

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is pleased to offer your pupils a week of workshops this summer funded by First Campus. We will work with you to develop a bespoke delivery plan for pupils from Yrs 7 to 11, according to their needs and interests and including a visit* to RWCMD in CF10 3ER.

RWCMD In Residence At Your School This Summer Term, 2021 Invitation to Host a Week of Music, Drama & Production Arts Workshops Dear Colleagues The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is pleased to offer your pupils a week of workshops this summer funded by First Campus. We will work with you to develop a bespoke delivery plan for pupils from Yrs 7 to 11, according to their needs and interests and including a visit* to RWCMD in CF10 3ER. * use of school transport would be appreciated Workshops will be delivered by subject specialists on mutually agreed dates and some of the topics available are • music: African drumming, Samba, singing, composition, GCSE/A level set work support, ensemble coaching • production arts: puppetry, lighting, sound production, stage management, set design and costume design (NB if equipment at your school is limited, all workshops may be delivered at RWCMD) • drama: stage combat, devised theatre, GCSE/A level support, improvisation, voice, movement, acting for screen Interested?
