Project Description
This project is an opportunity for participants to extend their learning within the WJEC Food and Nutrition GCSE across three key areas; Nutrition, Food Technology and Hospitality.
Participants will take part in a series of on campus activities within the specialist facilities at Cardiff Metropolitan University that aim to develop their knowledge and practical skills within Food based subjects as well as highlight potential study and career pathways within the food industry.
