GCSE Food and Nutrition Workshop Series 2018-2019

Project Description

This project is an opportunity for participants to extend their learning within the WJEC Food and Nutrition GCSE across three key areas; Nutrition, Food Technology and Hospitality.

Participants will take part in a series of on campus activities within the specialist facilities at Cardiff Metropolitan University that aim to develop their knowledge and practical skills within Food based subjects.
