National Saturday Club – Science 2019
The Club gives young people in years 9, 10 & 11 the unique opportunity to study Science every Saturday morning at their local college, university or museum, free of charge.
Year 9 Residential
The Year 9 Residential project is an annual event that sees pupils from schools across South East Wales visit the University for a taste of student life and aims to raise their future educational aspirations.
Dance Ambassadors in PE
This project is an opportunity for young people who are interested in dance to explore alternative study pathways to traditional performance through workshops led by the Bsc Sport and PE (Dance) faculty at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Chemistry at Christmas 2018
Working in collaboration with Dr Suzy Keane, Academic Manager of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Science at USW, 16 more able and talented year 9 pupils are invited to visit the Chemistry labs at Upper Glyntaf Campus.
CWCHS Ambition Project
This transition activity is aimed at raising aspirations for the new pupils to improve their attainment High School with a view to moving into HE.
Welsh Drama Summer School
First Campus at the University of South Wales are looking for 20 young people aged 12-16 years to take part in a staging of Llewellyn Fawr at the Eisteddfod on 9th August 2018.
