The session will take participants through the type of practical session we provide for our students and there will be plenty of time for discussion and Q&A.
Technocamps, in collaboration with First Campus and the University of South Wales will be hosting a 3 day, 2 night residential for Year 12 pupils from across South East Wales. The event is aimed at students with an interest in Computing, Computer science and ICT, and will be looking at Artificial Intelligence.
STEM Talent Programme in Wales
Through the STEM Talent programme, motivated and able Sixth Form students can study a range of university level modules alongside their AS or A2 studies.
The project has been designed to provide GCSE Maths and English resit support to identified students in the FE Sector.
Working in partnership with Higher Education Young Ambassadors (HEYAs), a continuation from the Youth Sport Trust’s Young Ambassador programme, this project sees HEYAs working with targeted groups in the FE sector.
The Confident Futures Project
Confident Futures, funded by Cardiff University, is a project run for looked after children and care leavers between the ages of 14 and 19 to raise their aspirations and confidence.
