Welsh Medium Higher Education: Opportunities at University and Beyond This innovative Conference is funded through the Welsh Assembly Government-funded Reaching Wider initiative. The conference’s target audience includes: school teachers, FE lecturers, HE lecturers, Careers advisors, 14-19 networks, and other key information, advice, guidance and education providers. The Conference will give participants the opportunity to explore new developments in Welsh Medium Higher Education, including an insight into innovative teaching methods across institutions and includes an employer perspective on the value of Welsh Medium skills in the workplace. The Conference will also provide a poster session, where HEIs, FE Colleges and other providers will have the opportunity to promote, and share information about, the Welsh Medium opportunities for which they are responsible. There is no charge for the conference and places are allocated on a first come basis.
