Positively MAD Super Speed Study Skills
First Campus invited year 10 pupils from across the area to the University of Wales, Newport for the Positively MAD (Making A Difference) Super Speed Study Skills workshops.

Positively MAD are passionate about changing the way the world learns, about providing students with the skills and mindsets to raise aspirations and improve performance.  The session's aims were to enhance revision skills by providing information on techniques such as Mind Mapping and Speed Reading.  School’s Officer Liz Bailey said 'Revision techniques are vital to success.  I hope that the workshops have given the youngsters some additional tools to help them prepare for their exams in the coming months.'
