A trial will take place on Saturday 8 November 2008 to decide whether everyone in the UK should be added to the National DNA Database.  The jurors, prosecution and defence teams will be made up of young people aged 16–21. The audience in the public gallery will also vote on the evidence using hand-held electronic devices.
