| Boardgame Challenge |
 First Campus has visited over 40 primary schools in the Newport, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly areas to work with pupils on its Boardgame Challenge workshop. Pupils are given a presentation about the transition to high school, the exams they will study, the choices they have Post 16, and the various facets of University life. Pupils are then set a task to design and make boardgames all about their journey through education to work life. This has proven a fun and enlightening experience for the pupils, and teachers have regularly commented on the value and necessity for this workshop in opening the eyes of their pupils to the wider world. |
